[NoXMail] best way to handle "shoemaker"

Brian,

I have two staff members here at the college with the last name of shoemaker. The word "make" seems to have a pretty high spam rating. I currently have their names whitelisted but I really don't want spam & adult mail making it to their e-mail accounts (as it would with whitelisting). Is there a better way to handle this problem?
