If a message fails BOTH spam and adult, which score is returned? My short-term suggestion is to have adult override spam (i.e., return the negative exit code whenever the adult test fails).
My longer term suggestion is to allow a command line parameter that would tell NoXMail to only check for spam or only check for adult.
