That's right, it doesn't capture the details (it replaces the dependency 
artifact with the interop DLL). This has a few limitations, both with the 
arguments and that it has to regenerate it for every build rather than caching 
it in the local repository.

I agree that having a plugin that could generate and publish it as an artifact 
and then depend directly on that would be a better alternative.
