This is pretty funny considering the fiasco it was trying to get Crystal
Ball. First of all, I don't remember ordering it from the web. Maybe I did,
but I recall there was a whole to do about the orders shipping and
apparently 1-800-New-Funk had lost a lot of the orders. Everyone went nuts
trying to call and find out if their order was in the system and when it was
going to ship. I remember I was on hold for three hours. When I finally did
get an operator she informed me the computers just went down and she
couldn't check the status of my order. I called the next day and after
waiting an hour I was told they had no record of my order. If I wanted to I
could place it again but would have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery. I said
no thanks and the next day I went to Blockbuster where it was on sale for
less than the 1-800-New-Funk price, albeit without the Kamasutra CD. Web
exclusive my ass! For this he gets an award?
