Intended Outcomes Participants will: * Learn how to implement the Post-School Outcomes Data Use Toolkit at State and Local levels. * Customize the Local PSO Data Point Template using State and local Indicator 14 data the State will bring. * Practice how to actively engage stakeholders in examining post-school outcomes data at State and local levels to guide improvement planning. * Learn how other States are using the Post-School Outcomes Data Use Toolkit. * Gain knowledge about NPSO, NSTTAC, and NDPC-SD resources to select evidence-based secondary transition practices for targeted populations. Travel Support Available * We encourage teams of two people (one SEA, one LEA). * NPSO is pleased to provide travel for one person from each State up to 20 States on a first come first serve basis.
