[ns] .bash file sitting

Hello Guys;

I don't what happend; but when I try run Makefile.in  I have this 
foloowing message;

bash: /home/alshaaer/Desktop/ns-allinone-2.28/ns-2.28/Makefile.in: 
Permission denied

If there is anyhelp;
