[ns] ns-allinone-2.1b7a - installation problem

Hi everyone!
I tried to install an old version of ns because, I want to make gprs
work in it. I tried to install ns-allinone-2.1b7a and I got:

Does anyone know , what is wrong???????

Maybe it won't be necessery if anyone knows the solution to install
ns with gprs part (this part is gprs-072501-2.1b7a.tar.gz made by
Richa Jain)
Please help me!!
