The directory: ~ns/mobile holds the relevant wireless support.

The way I generally find C++ implementations of Otcl objects is "grep"
- a linux tool for searching file text. For example, if you are
looking for the implementation of Agent/UDP, try

grep -R -I "Agent/UDP" ~ns/*
