If test-all-mwnode pass, the example should work as well.
Ensure you use the latest version of the patch and ensure you have properly _reinstall_ ns after applying the patch (configure, make distclean, configure, make). Then test for example: $ns % new Channel/Wireless If you have applied the patch and reinstalled ns correctly you should not get an error.
