waht is the role of the following functions in channel.cc:
"" WirelessChannel:: get_pdelay (Node* tnode, Node* rnode) "" it returns
propagation delay between two nodes ?. if this is truth, which is the
difference between this returned delay and the delay which can obtained by the
difference between time of reception and time of transmission of Packets.
