AOMDV implementation for older versions of ns-2 is available at: http://www.icis.ntu.edu.sg/wagio/simtools.htm
Looking at the included files, it seems fairly easy to port to current ns-2. I started porting it to 2.29 but got interrupted by other work. Though I do need it for 2.29 and will hopefully resume the port. Can't be sure how well it will work though, or when it will be ready. Feel free to do your own port.
