I installed ns-2.31 I added the QOS Routing module (http://sourceforge.net/projects/qosrns) (qosrns-0.2-pre2-ns2.1b9.tar.gz, for ns2.1b9a), I executed the following 3 commands: ./configure make clean make the process failed.
