Hello all

I am using the ns2HCCA patch from http://info.iet.unipi.it/~cng/ns2hcca to
design wireless networks for Simulating IEEE 802.11e HCCA in NS2, first I
should validate this simulator. For this part, I am trying to obtain the
graphs that they got in the paper “A Software Architecture for Simulating
IEEE 802.11e HCCA.” I have configured a similar scenario which they explain
in the paper, but when I simulate, the graphs that I obtain are different
from theirs.

First of all, the delays that I got, are not similar to those that they
obtain. Second, from 820 sec. until the end of the simulation (1220 sec),
the delays should decrease due to the HCCA enters in operation, but in my
simulation occur the contrary, instead of decreasing the delays, this
increase.

I think that the problem is the configuration of the scenario in TCL file,
that´s means, in the way that I am configuring the intervals in which should
operate the DCF and HCCA.

I hope you can help me with this problem, I have long time trying to solve
this problem but I have not been able to do it.

in the attachment file you will find the script of simulation

I appreciate your time and your help. And I apologize for any inconvenience
that this cause.

Thank you for everything.

Bye
