I searched the archives and someone has posted a similar problem like minebut I am not able to fidn the reply or suggestion for that. So here is my problem again: I am trying to install ns2 on a windows pc along with cygwin for the past 1 week or so.
1.cygwin seems to be installing well with all the packages 2.when I unzip ns-allinone-2.31 into local directory of cygwin,go to that directory in bash shell and issue ./install it runs the installation but finally it shows me this message: Collect2:ld returned 1 exit status make***[wish] error 1 tk 8.4.14 make falied! exciting for problems with tcl/tk http:www.scriptics.com Do I need to install tcl when I am using ns-all inone package? Any suggestions would be appreciated?
