Thanks, In the same tutorial, in the OCTL linkage sub section, it is mentioned that that one needs to set the default value for that variable exported in C++ in the "ns-2/tcl/lib/ns-lib.tcl" file
Does any one has any example that how can I set the default value of the variable?
