[ns] how to build a scenario from 100 node and 2000 x 2000 flat erea

Dear NS users ,

I have generate a mobile scenario of  100 node in ns2.33 with flat area of 2000 
x 2000 
my ram was 512 with pantium 3    ...
3mhz
the ns does not respond 

what is the problem , I used setdest command
