[ns] some problem in executing nam

Hi all,

I have installed ns-allinone-2.33 in cygwin on windows XP.Everything is fine
but when I executed .nam file it gives tha following msg
$nam:
[code omitted because of length]
: no event type or button # or keysym
    while executing

what should I do ??..plz help me out from this problem !!
