Hello I m facing a problem :
I want to know .....suppose TCP suffers disconnection, ......... after
reconnection which function will be called first ?
I want to keep the previous Congestion window(before disconnection) after
reconnection ...(to prevent slow star)t ........to implement that .....Can
anybody give me some hints please ?
