Hi I'm working on the power management of MAC layer, so I want to propose a broadcasting method for Quorum based systems that is cluster-based, I want to use two different protocols, once for connecting between the cluster heads which is asynchronous and the other one for connecting between the cluster heads and members which is synchronous, now in implementation I don't know how to use this two protocols in a TCL!! Do somebody have any idea about it, OR do you have a document related to this issue??? Any idea would be appreciated.
