[ns] ns-2.30 installation

Hi everybody,

I need to simulate HSDPA network so I have to install ns-2.30!
I got this error

Tcl.cc:566: error: invalid conversion from ‘const char*’ to ‘char*’
make: *** [Tcl.o] Erreur 1

Can anyone help please?? it's urgent!
