[ns] installation problem

hi
i have installed ns 2.34.Working fine but when i run fine with % but
when i run a batch file ns simple.tcl it give errors


simple.tcl
set ns [new Simulator]
$ns at 1  “puts HelloWorld!”
$ns at 1.5 “exit”
$ns run
