I have some questions regarding to mac 802.3 implementation of NS2. Any help is greatly appreciated. 1- I am wondering if mac 802.3 implementation of NS-2 is based on collision detection or collision avoidance. 2- How carrier sensing is done in mac 802.3 implementation of NS2? 3- If it is based on collision detection, I'm going to change it to collision avoidance. Is there any idea in this regard? Thank You.
