[ns] ieee 802.11p model

Hello,

I'm working on VANET project, and want to simulate it in NS-3, but IEEE
802.11p Standard is not implemented in NS-3 as I explored the Model
Library. Please reply and help me if anybody is working on VANET In NS-3.
