[ns] How to create a circular topology for wireless nodes in ns2.34

I want to create a topology of 50 wireless nodes in ns-2.34

Such that 30 nodes are in circular range of 5- 10 cm
then 50 nodes in circular range of  10 to 20 cm.

Please help how to do this.
