[ns] NAM close abnormally

Hi everybody,
I installed ns-allinone-2.35 in Cygwin 1.7.11. 
Sometimes the NAM graphic interface will close abnormally, 
for example resize the the NAM graphic interface, or drag the node after 
clicking at the Edit/View button.
