An envelope has just arrived in the mail bearing an Oxford postmark and dated April 15, 2009. It is addressed in what looks like an older person's handwriting and has no mention of the sender's name or address. Unfortunately, the envelope was empty and I have no idea who the writer was.
I am sending this note to the NSP list in the offchance that a piper in the Oxford area is trying to get in touch with me. If so, perhaps he or she could respond to this e-mail.
