Hi Matt, Thanks for producing the 'abc' of the tune. That's really helpful. In web searches I've so far found transcriptions in D and in C but both appear to me to go back to Oswald.
In regard to what you said about where this search might go, I've not yet found any local variant, not any other tune under the same or a very similar name (having said that, I've been busy over the last few days, so I haven't looked very thoroughly).
