I believe that Soefirne was the trading name of Dave Evans and Christine
Sheard, largely making Irish pipes
in Shrewsbury. Dave retired in the last five years or so and sank(so to
speak) all his money into a boat to sail round the Med.
That would explain the Irish influence perhaps.
