I upgraded fairly smoothly from Jaunty to Karmic earlier today, but I
just ran in a very strange issue. I got a message reporting there is low
free space. My root is a 15gb partition and right after the update, it
was 70% full. Right now I am getting:

na...@serre:~$ df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda5 14413312 13680084 1068 100% /
...

According to Boabab (disk usage analyzer) and du, the total size of
files on / is 8.8gb. I thought the issue is the reserved blocks, so I
ran 'sudo tune2fs -m 5 /dev/sda5', restarted, fsck-ed, but nothing seems
to help. I did not notice anything particular when the issue occurred.
Here is a little more detailed information regarding my root partition:

na...@serre:/$ sudo tune2fs -l /dev/sda3
