I agree. I would love to have him in. Have you now just offically
started this rumour. My dad will probably tell me tomorrow that it's in
the Express & Star that we're signing him.

Why not put in on Wikipedia and see if it catch like that quote did.

In my opinion his range of passing and the accuracy is still
second to none and he definitely retired from the England scene way too
early.. Surely he'd rather play every week for us than only coming on
every second game as a sub for Man U? He's a very quiet and private
person though so he probably wouldn't have a great deal of influence in
the dressing room but he would definitely show our young blokes what it
takes to be the model professional footballer.

I remember seeing Man U play a friendly in Kuala Lumpur when I
was working in Malaysia a few years ago.

Watching Scholes whacking in volley's from corners when the team
was warming up was amazing.

the rumour was about Nicky Butt, not Paul Scholes. I would move
back to England for 12 months just to see Scholesy run around in a
Wolves shirt. The guy is still class even though he's getting on a bit.
If we could get a defensive midfielder in as well then Scholes could
pull the creative strings for us.

However, the chances of us getting Scholes or anyone of that
quality are somewhere between zero and f-all.

I'm sure we've got a couple of deals already sorted out. You'd
like to think that we'd be using the headstart we have before the end of
this seasons PL to get things in motion. I like the sound of Scholes...I
haven't read that rumour anywhere.

My new shirt arrive yesterday...very pleased with the style of
it.

you would like to think that we'll have a couple of new faces
sorted for the trip to Perth. The off-season is pretty short so we need
to get them in early and get the team bonding sorted before we have to
face the Premier League outfits.

I'd rather try and get Scholes on loan than go for Nicky Butt as
is being rumoured.

Our recent history suggests we will have no idea what players we
are looking at until signings are officially announced. Moxey seems to
have that bit right, I'm sure we've got a couple of deals in the
pipeline already, with a few back up plans after promotion/relegation is
finalised (this weekend).

I'm sure there will be a few surprises in the next few weeks,
hopefully we'll get to see most of them in Perth.

My understanding is that the window doesn't open until July 1.

Do you think Wolves already have agreements in place for players
yet. Presumably no announcements can be made until July but I would
hope the commerce has already been sorted out.
