Very quiet because not much has been happening.

Pretty indifferent spell of warm up games with no transfer activity has not
given us a great deal to discuss that wasn't gone over in Perth.

Nicky Butt, no thanks!! Too old and would probably cost too much in wages.

Don't know about this Rapid Vienna guy? Why buy him if Iwelumo is going to
be fit in a month or so? Anyone seen him play?

I can make this Wednesday evening at the Pub, anyone else fancy going?

Its been very quiet on here since the Perth trip;

Normally the rumours on tribal football don't come of anything but this
appeared in the Daily Mail, a possible replacement for Iwelumo? Tribal
Football are also continuing to connect us with Nicky Butt.

Wolves are weighing up a bid for towering Rapid Vienna striker Stefan
Maierhofer.

The 6ft 7in hit man, just as tall as Peter Crouch, has an impressive scoring
record for Rapid since joining the club on loan in January last year.

His seven goals in 11 games persuaded Rapid to give him a three-year deal
and also earned the 26-year-old a first call-up for Austria.

Another 23 goals in 34 appearances last season brought him to the attention
of Wolves boss Mick McCarthy.
