I agree with your basic sentiment - EPL football and bureaucracy is rubbish. It almost needs to be divided into two divisions itself. Agree 100% over the Manure fine and the Reina run. Let's just hope we make it better next season with champagne football and tantalising cup runs while knocking on the door of Europe (once we've survived this one).
