Ridiculous. Kevin Doyle was our best player by a stretch last season. Not far behind him was Marcus Hahnemann. Prior to joining us they'd done an outstanding job cementing Reading's position close to the foot of the table in their previous Premiership season.
Mancienne was a major standout in his role as a defensive midfielder towards the end of the season. Its possible he may even have brought a winning mentality with him as a loan signing from a club slightly higher up the table than us. Adlene Guediora was another who impressed on loan.
