Putting aside the ability of a manager for the moment, there are a lot of young players in our side that got picked up from obscurity by Mick, given a chance, coached to believe they were good enough to play in the Premier League or even for England and would have felt a massive wrench losing him from their lives. Morgan's outburst in the dressing room and subsequent treatment of Mick can have only hurt their confidence.
