isn`t shared writeable mmap already being implemented ?
i found some reference about lkml submission at 
http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/2/27/304 , but it doesn`t seem to exist in fuse 2.6.5

sounds that it`s probably only a matter of time if it shows up in the distros?

wasnt`t missing shared mmap the issue with vmware .vmem files, too ?
