I just installed the newest ntfs-3g driver on my system while using Ubuntu
7.04. I received several messages saying that the windows log file is not
clear. Solution, is to "safely remove hardware" under windows or run ntfsfix. I
know now thatit would not mount my drives because I have Norton Goback 4.**
installed on my computer. Provided with norton systemworks 2005, it reverts the
drive to a previous time and date. I really like the program because it lets me
try new things with out destroying me OS. Just thought I would give you guys
the heads up. I had to unistall the program in order to write to ntfs. Before i
could only read the ntfs drives.
