Do you mean buggy hard drives? If so, how come these buggy
hard drives dont manifest this hang on other FS'es?
And with kernel drivers, do you mean
hard disk drivers?
the scsi emulation layer?
If so, then again how come the hang does not manifest with other FS'es?
