Jean-Pierre Andre has noted the bug and sent a patch. Alon Bar-Lev also
sent a pile of build/compilation fixes. We agreed on the solution and a
new RC will be available as soon as possible.
For now, just remove the above line ("#error Please add ...") from the
source. That's perfectly ok because 64-bit platforms don't need that check.
