Very cool, this release candidate seems to work independent of
$Secure and $INDEX_ROOT, and I didn't manage to crash it with
the filesystems which triggerd the crash before trying without
and with diffent combinations of creating $Secure and $INDEX_ROOT
by hand.

PS: The filesystems where created by a __very__ old version of mknfs (v1.11.2)
(which was released before Szaka made sure the on-disk NTFS 3.1 format
created fully conforms to the on-disk format created by the Windows
FORMAT utility):
