FYI:
I ran yum update which brought in
fuse-kmdl-2.6.24.7-92.fc8-2.7.3-8_9.fc8.i686.rpm
and
then did modprobe fuse-kmdl and got a message
about the module having a bad format.

My machine is 3 y/o P4 3.0 GHz (unicore - hyperthreading).
OS is FC8 i386.

I removed the update and resorted to the older
fuse.ko and it works just fine.

Could this be a build problem?

How can I build my own latest fuse-kmdl?

Cheers,

JD
