Hi,
I downloaded the test suite from
http://ntfs3g.org/sw/qa/pjd-fstest-20080402.tgz and when I run it on ubuntu 8
there's a syntax error which prevents it from running. Ubuntu uses dash as
the default sh. I don't know if this error is due to dash not implementing a
posix shell construct or the test suite using a bashism but not requesting
bash. Changing the test script (eg: 00.t) to use bash, let it run although it
still hits syntax errors on a couple of tests. I don't know why. Anyway, I
can work around this easily so I'm not going to dig further, but I thought
I'd pass it along.
If you reply, please CC me as I'm not on the list.
Thanks for your work!
Dan
