I've got more information now about this bug, and I understand finally
why it only failed in our build system.

It's because <fcntl.h> no longer includes <sys/stat.h>.  In ntfs-3g
2009.11.14, security.c didn't include <sys/stat.h> and so didn't get
those symbols.  In 2010.1.16 this bug is fixed.

So no patch is needed, please ignore :-)
