Version 2 of this patch. Some small but significant fixes:
- No longer uses a hack to include <linux/fs.h> - Doesn't read the whole free bitmap into RAM. - Issues fstrim ioctl to the underlying device in large chunks, which improves performance and also behaviour on SSDs.
