Isn't that strange? TeX settings not in the preamble?
But hey, this gives us the very useful advantage (compared to LaTeX) that we now can switch to different clubpenalty/widowpenalty values right in the text.
And that's amazing - for in LaTeX you'd need to construct an environment for changing the clubpenalty/widowpenalty values that are set in the preamble!
Wonderful. Somebody should write this in a ConTeXt manual.
