This one only exists if you have installed the ConTeXt Updater i-Package. Basically you can always install the most recent ConTeXt (now 2005.03.16) with the ConTeXt updater package. But a big caveat: you will need to install new Latin Modern by hand because the latest ConTeXt beta depends on having the latest Latin Modern.
