Hi,
You could just convert these separately to pdf/svg/jpg/png and then load them
as \externalfigure.
You could also use the filter module to be able to take them inline into the
ConTeXt code:

[cache=yes,
readcommand=\ReadFigure,
output={\externalfilterbasefile.pdf},

\startgraphviz
digraph G {
main -> parse -> execute;
main -> init;
main -> cleanup;
execute -> make_string;
execute -> printf

\stoptext
