Just in case it might be relevant, I was on W10. I would say that a similar command was right for me. But using Textadept 11.4 and invoking compilation from the editor triggered the error in my case. BTW, try "cd \\localhost\c$\data\develop\tmp" in the command prompt. It was impossible for me on W10.
