I also don't have deletion privileges, but I went through the recent pages and deleted the spammy content. These edits should all show up in "Recent Changes", so _hopefully_ this makes it easier for the Wiki admins to delete. (If removing the spam makes it harder for the admins to delete it, please let me know and I won't do it again).
