Hi Damien,

`\setuphead[section][align={right, broad}]` may be your friend here
(even without `broad`).

I never created typescripts, since this works fine for me:

    \definefontfamily[whatever][rm][Luciole]
    \setupbodyfont [whatever,24pt]
