Hi,

The following code doesn't flip the right single quote font, but does swap
out the double quotes:

% --- 8< ---
\definefallbackfamily [TextFont] [ss] [Libre Franklin] [
  range={00027, 02018, 02019, 0201C, 0201D},
  force=yes,
]

\definefontfamily [TextFont] [ss] [Inter]

\usetypescript[TextFont]
\setupbodyfont[TextFont]

\starttext
  “Quotation mark’s value.”
\stoptext
% --- 8< ---

The font has the glyph:
https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Libre+Franklin?preview.text=%E2%80%9CQuotation%20mark%E2%80%99s%20value.%E2%80%9D

Is there a magic incantation to allow forcing font substitutions for
apostrophes?

Thank you!
